I was a little weary of getting a storage unit, never had done so before. But it has been nothing less then wonderful. Staff is awesome and extremely welcoming. Thanks for that.

The manager, Jay, is professional and friendly. He explained everything well and made me feel welcome as a customer. I have a great spot for my RV. Very easy to park there. I recommend this place highly.

Every interaction we've had with the personnel at StorPlace has been polite, professional, and efficient! Very clean facility & well-maintained. We would (and HAVE) recommended it to others & will continue to do so.

They worked with me a great deal to get me into a unit and then held it when my arrival from another state got delayed. They are great to work with.

Storage facility is perfectly fine and very convenient. But their online coupon does not spell out conditions (when it says the coupon is good for $20 off first month's rent, it doesn't tell you that means first FULL month's rent. And if your first month is a partial month, you have to wait until the next month to use the coupon. Oh, and if they don't KEEP your coupon when you first start your rental and if they don't make a note of it on your agreement, you can't use the coupon your first full month either. Very much a bait and switch -- or misleading at the very least.

I've been a tenant of this storage facility for 2 years. I have an inside, heat and humidity controlled unit. It is the cleanest, best run of any storage facility I've ever been in. I have had several occasions over the years to use storage facilities, and none can compare to this one. As far as security is concerned, I've had no concerns. I feel totally safe during the day or even late in the evening when I've had to be there. I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to store their prized possessions.
