The personnel couldn't have been nicer, the facility was in excellent shape, and the unit I was assigned is within walking distance of the apartment I am going to be renting. With the climate control, it may cost a little more, but it is well worth it. I don't have to worry about items deteriorating in the heat. I would recommend it to anyone.

My second time to use Storplace and the experience is as good as the first. The manager (I am terrible with names) and I believe Marcus(?) have been nothing short of fantastic. The automated payment system is fantastic and the facility is always clean, a big plus for me. Since we are seriously downsizing, it may be this time around we will be permanent users, in part, because the everything runs smmoth at Storplace. Also, we used the rental truck service and, it too, was easy, convenient and affordable.

We needed a unit last minute and although we found them online late in the night, we were able to secure a unit the following morning when they opened at 9am. the attendant was professional and very attentive even though he was sick. The unit was clean and we love the security. Couldn't have asked for a better deal

The customer service representative/leasing agent was very curtious and professional. She explained everything in detail and answered questions to make sure I understood the storage use and fees associated with the rental of the unit.

We have started renting a unit and the manager Jules has gone above and beyond accomadating us. It was important to have after hours access which we were given the night of move in. The whole process to rent was incredibly easy and a convenient location for downtown Nashville. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
