Great prices (1/3 the price of Amazon!), prompt communications about my order, and the order arrived well-packaged and in the promised timeline. The products are exactly as described and I am very happy with them. Would highly recommend both the products I bought and ordering from Store Supply Warehouse!

Second order that arrived poorly packed and with broken pieces. Store supply does replace or credit my account - but it shouldn’t happen - a little more attention to packing & it wouldn’t happen. Shipping is also not accurate - even in the past when I’ve paid for expedited shipping. Overall I’ve been pleased with the products I’ve received - but due to packing & shipping concerns, I will look elsewhere for items for my shop.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review about your experience. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the product when you received it. We always strive to create a positive customer experience and clearly this did not meet your expectations. I will be forwarding this information on to our warehouse management for further review.

Very disappointed. Once again I paid for expedited shipping. Not only did I not get the bags and slatwall pegs the next day- I actually waited SIX days for them. It’s happened many times lately. I know everyone is experiencing shipping delays now but when you pay $20 extra for overnight it shouldn’t happen. We’ve been customers for many years but we are looking elsewhere now. Update- they’re refunding the shipping so we’re very happy about that!

I usually purchase my shopping bags from a local vendor but they were out of stock and I was close to being out myself. I ordered through Store Supply because I have ordered from them in the past. My order was completed and shipping very fast. I am pleased with the product - just as expected.

Website is difficult to get through. Often quanitites will multiply automatically changing the amount I put in. I'd like to be able to view past purchases.
