The price guns we have purchased in the past don't seem to hold up and sometimes malfunction soon after coming out of the box. After ordering it gives an approximate time how long it takes to arrive but when I track it through FedEx it takes them longer than what was told

For some reason this company is unable to attach a Tax Exempt form to your account. Other companies seem to be able to do it. Don't forget to put tax exempt in the notes. It's very hard to fix the issue.

Easy online purchasing.

First sandwich sign came all bent, chalk smashed and stuck all over sign. Quite the mess! Second sign was not dented, but box torn open and chalk everywhere! Wasn’t packed properly or heavy enough box.

I was pleasantly surprised how fast my order came! This is the first time buying from Store Supply Warehouse. I will buy again in the future.

The merchandise that I did received was missing parts or damaged… Did not arrive on time… And was in generally bad condition. If I could give this order zero stars I would. The one star that I’m giving it is because Stephanie was very kind and very professional in handling the situation and trying to fix it. She personally gets five stars but in terms of the actual merchandise the ordering the shipping and the timing… -0
