Store Supply WarehouseReviews of storesupply.com

This is my first time ordering from Store Supply Warehouse. I was pleased with their selection of products and their speediness regarding shipping. When I opened my box and took out the contents it seemed like I was missing something. I took a picture of all that I had received and sent it to contactus [at] storesupply.com. I received a reply the same day and was express shipped the pieces I needed at no extra cost. I 100% recommend Store Supply Warehouse to anyone who is looking for supplies for their store.

Just what I needed at the right price!

Everything was exactly as described!

Shipped promptly, items were just what I needed.

I ordered some jewelry boxes and they all came out dirty or stained from the front face, exactly where the ring is supposed to outstand. the rest of the items we're fabulous.

Not happy with the hangers a lot of the pant hangers where broken 5 per box and the shirt hangers have the pant attachment and are very cheap was not happy at all

On 08/19/21 I made an order for the 2 x 6 wire grid panels (SKU:40104) to have by September 11th. I called due to the items being on back order and was advised the item's would be back in stock in a few days. I later called and was advised the wire grid panels would not be in stock until mid October. The representative advised me the color I wanted was out of stock but they have the white panels in stock, so I advised her I would take the white panels instead of the black panels. I advised her on my initial order I purchased 8 of the 2 x 6 wire grid panels but my order info showed 2. I was then advised the wire grid panels are boxed in bundles of 4. The representative advised me the items would be shipped out the next day which was accurate. On 09/04/21 my wire grid panels arrived and I opened the 2 boxes I received to find each box contained 2 wire grid panels in each box with a total of 4 wire grid panels. My initial order was for 8. I looked back on my order details on the website and it now says I ordered 4 for a price of $137.87. That is $34.46 each including shipping. On the website the wire grid panels I ordered are $16.50 each. So I got charged double what each wire grid panel cost and only received half my order that I specifically told the representative that I needed 8 by 09/10/21 for a show that I am participating in.

Found what I was looking for, arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Love their great prices. Lower then any other place that I could find.
