My order still hasn't arrived, I never received any tracking information. I have not heard anything from the company

How can I give you feedback when I just ordered this item (today) and I won't have it until next week (freight)? If I rate it based on the website a 3 star...if I rate it on overall experience, including delivery, quality of item, issues, etc, and that you keep sending these out immediately...then it's a 1 star. This should be sent out after the product is received!

Been waiting 3 weeks for my order now. Placed my order on 9/30 and today 10/19 it still hasn't arrived. I called last week on 10/14 to get a status update on my order, and was told I'd get a call back with an update - still haven't heard back, but they sure did charge my credit card for the order! I ordered 1,000 custom printed necklace fold over tags - a repeat order I've purchased from them for years and never had this issue before. For this being Holiday season, it's unacceptable for my order to be this delayed. Just about every order I've ever placed from this supplier has arrived within literally 2-3 days, so I'm disappointed to say the least, additionally I'm officially out of necklace tags, which is holding up my business now! *** Wanted to Edit this review because right after I posted this, my package was delivered. Funny how that happens! I hate leaving bad reviews, but this instance just put me in a pickle running out of supplies needed. Store Supply is usually very quick with shipping!

fast and accurate delivery of the item I needed.

The items arrived promptly but I got scarf hooks instead of swivel hooks. However the problem was handled professionally and quickly. The only other thing was that when the gondolas panels arrived, the box was ripped and opened on both ends. We had a bit of trouble putting it together which made us wonder if instructions were lost in transit. Also we only got 10 washers but should have had 20, also making us wonder if things were lost.

I have saved my items that I replenish on a regular basis as it’s too time consuming to hunt for them. Very pleased with the quality of the items I’ve purchased. This is my go to store for our supplies.

Had to place order twice because the first time it said it didn't go through. Both orders ended up going through and we only ended up with a partial refund. We are still short about $250.

I have not recieved the order!
