Shipping was the absolute worst. I ordered on 8/31, the website states that if you order before 3pm they will ship the same day. My items were in stock, so they should have shipped that day. But a shipping label wasn't created until the next day. Ok, fine that's one day and I don't care. But then it didn't actually make it to UPS until 9/9. So instead of same day shipping and 3-5 day delivery, what I actually got was 6 business days of processing time and then an additional 3 days for delivery. I've been panicking because I need these to set up a display for this weekend and I was about to make an extra trip to a hardware store to get what I needed. It's really disappointing when a company promises a certain shipping time and doesn't live up to it. If I had needed my order last week when I was supposed to get it I would have been SOL. Regarding the actual product: it's fine. Exactly what I ordered, no complaints there.

Really like the product. I ordered ten plastic display stands. Ten were shipped, four of the ten had the bottom of the stand broken off - they were shipped that way. The broken pieces were not in the box. I called Store Supply and was treated very professionally. The replacement parts were quickly shipped out and were in great shape. My concern was that someone in shipping shipped a broken product - they were not broken in transit. Thanks!

Fedex is terrible. I had to go pick up my purchase at a store. It was 5 days late in getting here. I will not order again if fedex delivers. I am having this problem with all my orders being delivered by them. They are the most incompetent drivers and do not even attempt when their text messages say they do. I'm done with them.

usually i receive my order quickly but this time they did not have it in stock, I had to call to find out why I did not receive it. I should have been notified by E mail that it was going to take 2 weeks. The product was great as usual.

Even the order was backordered I only had to wait another week. I was very pleased with the price since I need to order about 20 of these shelves over the next few months for my Disney room to display my memorabilia. The price was an exciting shock as everywhere around here was asking a much higher price. The shipping was great, packing was exceptional as they shelves arrived with not even a scratch. I will be ordering more.
