I've been a Store Supply Warehouse customer for about 5 years now, and appreciate having a source for good quality store supplies at some of the best prices available. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it appears that the custom shopping bags that I have ordered for 5 years in cases of 250 are now only available in cases of 100, which increases my cost.

My order was missing a set of brackets. I sent a chat message and they were sent to me right away.

I had a positive experience with this online retailer. The item was shipped and delivered in a timely manner and presented as described. My only issue was the packaging. The table was delivered with damage to the table round. I would like to see more protective packaging to prevent so much damage to items during delivery and the contribution to waste and a tax on the environment. For that reason, I kept the item given the damage will not be visible to others.

Product and shipping speed was great! First order came with one item missing; no packing slip, so appeared those picking in the warehouse didn't use one to verify all was packed. They sent the missing item out right away, so all was good! Trays and ring inserts are of very good quality

The bags I ordered are of good quality and arrived incredibly quickly. I ordered two different sizes in an aqua blue color, and I am disappointed that they are not the same color. I am not sure why there is a variation in the color between the two.

We ordered a fixture and were told it was out of stock until September. Very surprised when it shipped and showed up the first week of August. Unfortunately, it was supposed to come with 16 arms, but there were only 5. Called customer service, and they did not have the arms in stock, so we will have to wait on those.

I love the products here! The prices and quality are both great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars (instead of 5) is that my favorite earring cards have been out of stock for weeks, and I desperately need them!

The item was backordered and I didn't mind waiting, but instead the order was canceled on your end. So now I have to just keep checking to see if it's in stock ... or buy it somewhere else. UPDATE - Although I did get an email saying it was dropped, upon signing back into our account, the order is still showing as waiting to be filled, so I guess they will fill and ship as soon as they receive them. Since we're not in dire need, we'll wait because they have the best prices on them.

Thank you for getting back to us so quickly. I checked this order. I'm showing there are earring cards on back order. There was a note stating that an email was sent out on 7/1 and a voice mail message sent regarding the back order. The item is expected in on 8/19. That date is approximate. We apologize for any misunderstanding. If this is not the item you are referring to, please let us know what the item was that was cancelled.
