The bags we ordered are all blowing out on the side like they forgot to glue them. Of course they are made in China so this should be no surprise that they are poor quality. To add insult to injury, instead of sending a new box to replace the defective bags I have to send pictures of the bags and then get credit for each as I work my way through a box of 100. At .55 per bag this is very frustrating especially when I'm trying to check out a customer and the bags just fall apart.

My order was not complete as expected. First delivery arrived missing 2 grid panels. I placed a call and was assured the remaining panels would be shipped out immediately, only one panel came. I had to call customer service again to get the last panel sent

I received the wrong pricing tags for my Monarch 1131 on my first order. they set out another order and i still received the wrong rolls.

the product came with one sliding door damaged. :(

I opened my box of large paper bags and approximately half of them were stuck together and ripped holes in the bag when I opened them. A lot of the handles also were only attached to one side.

After checking delivery options on the website, I ordered items that were needed for a deadline. I placed my order in time for same-day shipping. It was not shipped the same day. Though the website said the items were in stock, they were actually back-ordered and were shipped from two different locations. They arrived later than originally promised on the website and I was unable to use them for the purpose for which they were intended. Too bad for me I guess.

Delays with shipping :(

I received a box of 100 ladies blouse hangers and a dozen of them were broken. I receive them in a timely manner however, I am very dissatisfied with the quality.
