I've been riding my unicycle for 2 years, and my v12pro has been nothing but fun and reliable, today I took the leap and decided to order my v13, I'm impressed by the company, and as a 300lb rider, these wheels are not only amazing, but they're built like tanks with a powerhouse motor. Enough about the wheels, the customer service has been responsive and great to work with.

So. Where to begin. Well my first wheel showed up dead. Returned it for a v12s. After 269 miles i had to replace the motor. Was kinda my fault for having on rocky terrain that its not made for, however…the wait for a motor was ridiculous. Like over 2 months. Then when i got the motor i had to replace it myself which, was not the easiest thing in the world to do. Took about 9 hours from start to finish. After its all said and done, they want to give me 300 bonus points to buy 1 of 4 stupidly overpriced items. So while they did come through with a replacement motor, i decided i wont roast them on my you tube channel. I have a hefty following and considered it when I thought they were just putting me off. Not that it would put them out of business, but, with close to 300k followers, I would put money on it that there’s some ppl out there that would change their mind about inmotion. I even asked since i had only 269 miles on it if i could trade it for a v14——nope. Idk. My channel isn’t under this name. I would really like another wheel to compare this v12s to. Like a v14, or begode or kingsod or whatever it is. To give an honest review. Soon.
