I purchased a v8s as a beginner though i wanted the v14 pro. the wheel arrived quickly and was well packaged. the set up was quick and easy. the first step on the wheel was kind of Effie. i was worried it would quickly back up throwing me on my tail but no it proved very easy to stand on and the first time i could ride it a short distance and step off grabbing the wheel to catch it. I ride rip sticks so that probably helps. I highly recommend inmotion and can not wait to get my dream ride the v14 pro. I recommend buying the warranties also, you want to ride not worry about break downs.

YOU sent us an inoperable product ( scooter) OVER A MONTH AGO. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. You don’t have a human to call. YOU told us it would be fixed with the part that YOU were sending us that WE had to fix. IT wasn’t. YOU told us to take it to a repair shop to get fixed. THEY cannot fix it as they think it is a software issue. They also have attempted to reach you with no response. Your customer service options, extremely unprofessional. YOU need to pay for the parts , the labor AND and the labor/repair OR send us a new one and pay for yours to be returned. CALL US BACK! We will not let this go. RESPOND TO THE REPAIR SHOP!! We purchased two so that we could use it together and we cannot because there are two of us that need to use them. We have ONE. You have given us no choice but to resort to social media to get your attention. WE SIMPLY WANT WHAT WE PAID FOR.

I use the INMOTION S1F scooter and its features are awesome which makes it easy to operate. The 3 drive mode S,D an ECO gives it a safe and better riding experience then the long lasting battery and a very reliable, helpful customer service system.
