I would like to express my gratitude to the InMotion support team for their quick response and excellent customer service. Recently, my brand new InMotion V8S developed a strange rubbing/clicking noise that only occurred when the wheel was powered on. After contacting InMotion support, they diagnosed the issue efficiently and promptly shipped a replacement motor. I truly appreciate this level of after-sales responsibility. While factory defects can happen with any complex tech, InMotion handled this perfectly. The InMotion V8S is a wonderful model—it is the ultimate, perfected version of the legendary slim form factor that riders love. As a huge fan of this line, I have a special suggestion for the product team. It would be amazing if InMotion could release a limited Anniversary or Collector's Edition based on the original V8. Bringing back the classic elements—such as the full side LED matrix lighting, the premium polished leg covers, and those beautiful, signature oval-shaped pedals—would be a massive hit for the community and a perfect tribute to the wheel that started it all. Thank you again for the great support and for keeping the compact EUC segment alive and well!

Excellent scooter! The app is great too, it makes it so simple to lock the scooter so it's hard for someone to steal. Very simple to use. Customer service is awesome if you ever need assistance, do not hesitate 😀

Here we go much smoother and easier than I thought it would be I'd been procrastinating for months thinking it was going to be a headache but they got it handled for me quick and easy. Now I'm a proud official owner of an emotion midnight RS 2.0!!

I just wanted to say, these guys have amazing customer service and I’m grateful I got a wheel from them 🙏. Yeah, I wish the magnesium handle didn’t break in 3 places, but it was hard hit, and I’ve heard the newer inmotion eucs are even more durable. When my friends like my wheel and are looking to get one, I’ll definitely send them your way! V11y from the service center is such a good deal
