Although the number that is posted is for presale only that did not stop the service rep to help me at all. I felt important because most companies either transfer the call to the right department or tell you, you must email the correct department as specified. Just off of that experience I’m satisfied with this company.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I have been dealing with customer service for almost 12 weeks now trying to get them to refund their product, a V12S that broke on me twice. I had been riding the wheel for about 5 days doing normal use on it and then it developed a motor fault making it completely unusable. I got stranded away from home and had to get a ride home. After weeks trying to get the customer service to do something, they finally fixed it under warranty - instead of giving a refund like I requested. Three weeks after I received the fixed wheel, which they had broken the kickstand on by the way, the same motor fault happened again. I am not sure if they put another bad piece in or just did something to the software for a little while to keep it quiet. Now the wheel has been unusable for almost six weeks and they still won't give me a refund and have offered to give me a new, lower-tier wheel. They have not offered to give me $600 to make up the difference in price I paid. When you buy a $2000 product, I believe it should work flawlessly and be as premium as the company says, otherwise you should get your money back. Please don't waste your time and money like I did with Inmotion.
