I got in touch with Huion as I had an accident with my Huion Kamvas Pro 16, the screen is broken and I got in touch with them to see where I could get it repaired. they were extremely unhelpful. I would avoid this company products as if you have an accident with the product there is no support for repair. Huion CS Support: We're sorry to tell you man-made damage is not within the scope of the warranty. And we don't have a store to repair the pen display. In your situation, we suggest you could purchase a new one.

I got Helped by Derek the Online chat Agent, He was kind and patient with me, Even though at the end I had to get a new Drawing Tablet. The help made me feel less sad. I wish there was more people like him. I also wish it never broke but alas things happen.

I bought a Huion Kanvas Pro 24 4K and unfortunately it stopped working still within the 2 year warranty. I contacted Huion customer service, after sending videos of the issue they arrange for a new one and was delivered within a week. Great customer service, other companies could learn a thing or two on how to treat customer and honour warranties. Thank you Huion, great service!
