Excelent service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I entered some shipping information wrong. The service made me feel calm and certain that my equipment will arrive without any problem and that my data is safe.

I got a Kamvas 22 recently and though I was excited at first I quickly found out it doesn't work. I've tried contacting Huion and have had a back and forth with customer service for a while now. I've bought 2 diffrent USBC to USBC cords like I was told to and it still doesn't work. I'm wasting money on an already very expensive purchase and at this point it kinda feels like they're trying to make it seem like it's the cable's fault so I can't be eligible for a replacement. The only reason it's 2 stars is because the customer service person I've been speaking to is very nice and professional.

Due to hardware problems, I opened a warranty case. Huion reacted very fast and tried to help me solve the problem and the warranty case. They kept in kind and polite touch tthrough the whole process, guiding and answering even unexpected questions. Had an awful issue with pen hovering so I called support live. The person who worked with me was extremely nice and patient and guided me through the process all while on phone. Best support i've ever gotten when it came to products and I really appreciated the work he put in.
