Great customer service. My problem was solved fast and everything now workes as intended again. Got a good step by step of what I could try to do to solve the issue. When I followed those I realised the problem was not the product because it worked fine on another computer. It was a windows update that made my computer not register that a monitor was plugged in so I search for that myself and found the solution. Solved it with a graphics card update. Great products that feels nice to use, good quality with affordable prices and good customer service,

I ordered pen display for my daughter from EU store. It was delivered within 3 days to Croatia. Interesting, stand for the pen display was shipped separately and it took a bit more to arrive, 8 days (and with the different currier). Overall experience is great and my daugter is very happy with the quality of the product.
