I ordered a Huion Kamvas Pro 24 and unfortunately, the pen was missing. After reaching out to Huion, they quickly sent me the missing pen. :)

Loved everything about this!! Quick delivery, lovely product and quality. They were kind enough to apply the anti-glare screen for me and gave a complementory screen cleaner along with an extra art glove and anti-glare screen! Definitely my new go-to with digital art supplies now.

Tracking information arrived fast, email updates about my oder were good. Product arrived pretty quick.

Great customer service (Anna) - Kamvas Pro 13 (2.5K) The pen display that I first received seemed to have badly applied anti-reflective glass as there was noticeable light refraction (looking as a colorful shimmering, especially when changing your POV). After submitting ticket, it took about 2 days for them to get back to me, but then it was all fine - I was asked to provide video of the issue and then offered refund or replacement. I was otherwise satisfied with the product so I chose replacement. They sent courier to pick it up and few days after that, I got the replacement without any issue. Anna was nice and professional, replying to all my silly questions with patience :)

** Update** This is a inconvenience has now been resolved & I am able to work again. I am updating my review to a 3 star review. I would like to give more stars, but affiliated logistics companies do hinder a brands reputation to their client base. I would urge Huion to reconsider using EVRI as their main logistics and delivery company as what they couldn't do within 3 weeks (also losing your product twice). UPS was able to accomplish in 3 days. I liked my Huion tablet and that is why I fought hard to see this process through to the end. Thank you Huion. But please stay away from EVRI.

Stopped working submitted a ticket and Anna got me through the problem. now it works perfectly
