I had a problem regarding the student 10% off code but Jane from customer service was very nice and helpful and we got that resolved in under 2 days, which is very fast considering our time difference!

I had an issue with a K20 Keydials firmware and the customer support team was extremely helpful. I thought the product was bricked but Jane and their team helped my solve the issue.

The power button just stopped working on my Kamvas 16 Pro and it was literally one year and two weeks since purchase, for some reason I was never sent an order number or invoice though but that didn't matter as Huion could locate my details from the SN of my product. After sending a video of the issue, Jane, the CS advisor instructed to rotate the button back round into the upright position and it clipped back in place. Fixed in 30 seconds. She also provided me my original order details for future reference. Sorted.

Jane is the absolute sweetest and kindest customer support person I have had to work with. My tablet had a faulty port, and she walked me through the replacement process and made it so much easier! Give her a raise - she deserves it!! <3

I had an issue which, once I succeeded in contacting someone, was resolved efficiently and well. The only difficulty was finding out how to contact the right people, which I am sure was largely my own lack of knowledge .

Outstandingly kind, professional and competent help with my lost order. Evence X went above and beyond to get a replacement on the way immediately, answering all my questions and sorting out the issues with the shipping company. This has been my best experience with a customer service!

Desidero condividere la mia esperienza con l'azienda Huion relativamente all'acquisto di una tavoletta grafica Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K), un'esperienza che merita una valutazione equilibrata. Ho effettuato l'ordine della tavoletta grafica Huion sul loro sito web il 22 dicembre, e inizialmente ho apprezzato la facilità del processo di acquisto. Tuttavia, il mio ordine non è stato consegnato nei tempi previsti, è stato perso dal corriere, e ho avuto una serie di problemi. Ho contattato il servizio clienti dell'azienda, e la loro risposta è stata tempestiva, ma il problema della consegna è stato gestito in modo poco soddisfacente. Il prodotto mi piace molto, ottima sensazione quando si disegna, sembra carta e la tavoletta è bella e ben costruita. Il servizio di consegna con il primo corriere pessimo, infatti quando hanno rispedito il prodotto hanno cambiato corriere e il supporto clienti potrebbe essere migliorati. La mia valutazione di 4 stelle riflette questa ambivalenza, sperando che l'azienda possa migliorare il suo servizio clienti per offrire un'esperienza più coerente e affidabile al consumatore.
