I bought 30 digital pens for my classroom. They are very convenient for students to write on-screen PDF documents. It saves me time and paper. Every student has a digital library of themselves. After some time some of the pens had nip/tip issues. I contacted HUION and they helped me to replace them with the new ones. Great customer support.

I ordered the kamvas 13 pro 2.5k yesterday. The money was deducted from my card but didn’t reflect on huion so I was stuck at “waiting for payment”. Only for huion to cancel my order today. I tried reaching out to their customer service to verify if my order would come through,but they haven’t responded. I’m very disappointed because I still need the money back for a new tablet and have seen numerous reports of poor customer service/communications from them after looking into the brand.

Used to buy and use products from another brand, I was for years simply curious about Huion, but never tried their tablets until one year ago, when I bought a Kamvas 24 Plus. Before, I bought an old 20" tablet that disappointed me technically, but I wanted to give it another chance, and I have ZERO regret! The Kamvas 24 Plus is by far the best graphic tablet I ever used. Huion now offers quality, and their customer service is top. Right now, I needed to talk about buying another tablet with a stand and I was received by Derek who acted very professionally. I definitely recommand Huion. 5 stars.
