I reached out when the pen was not working. Immediately after the Customer support replied to me giving the solution step by step. Evence X was very patient, supportive and kind. Evence X even reached to me after sometime to make sure everything was working properly. It was very easy to follow all the steps. I am very pleased with help. Thank you so much!

I reached out to support when my tablet would not connect to my computer, showing “no signal.” I tried everything but it wouldn’t work. Derek was great! He was very patient and walked me through different ways to check the problem. He sent me new cables when he thought that was the problem, and stayed with me for weeks until the problem was finally solved. I’m very impressed and pleased with this service!

I ordered Kamvas 22 Plus with other items directly through Huion webstore. The shipping was fast and secured but the warehouse forgot to include the mini dial. I contacted customer service and Derek helped me ship the item after verification easily. The shipping was quick about 5 days. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service support.
