Hallo ich habe direkt über Huion.com Shop ein Huion Note bestellt und ich möchte es gerne zurückgeben. Ich schreibe seit Wochen mit Huion das sie mir bitte einen Retouren Label oder eine Adresse schicken sollen da ich nach dem Absatzgestez das Recht habe das Gerät zurück zu schicken aber die schreiben mir nur es tut ihnen leid usw.... So was von unprofessionelle Firma habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen wenn sie mir bis ende diesen monat nicht das schicken werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten denn ich zahle nicht für einen Artikel der nicht richtig funktioniert und ich diesen nicht haben will. Ich rate jedem bei dieser Firma nicht zu bestellen. Hatte auch vor ein paar Monaten das Grafik Tablet bestellt und zum Glück hatte ich das über Amazon bestellt und konnte es ohne mühe zurück schicken. Einfach nur Kriminell es gibt keine Bestellnummer und ich habe auch keine Rechnung bekommen.

My Huion Kamvas was going sleep either by timing out or pressing the power button but the screen would not wake up. When I had this issue and reached out to tech support I was skeptical about getting a reply in a timely manner as well as a proper solution. I was wrong. Not only did Esther from Huion Customer Service Team get back to me in a reasonable timeframe they were also able to resolve my issue! Timely response, great communication, and fixed my problem. Very satisfied with my Kamvas and tech support. Thanks.
