Hello, I have a Huion HS610. When I Extend my display with a second monitor, the mapping for tablet pen is inaccurate -- the drawing will be to the left of wherever the cursor (stylus) actually is. I have adjusted the mapping to Display 1 (my main laptop), and put the Working Area to Screen Ratio, or Custom Area, or Full Area, but the mapping is still inaccurate with any of these for the Extended Screen Display option. The mapping is accurate on Duplicate (for Display mirroring), or when I disconnect the second screen (which is another laptop or a TV). When I turn on the Gaming Mode in the tablet driver, the mapping position is accurate, but the Pressure Sensitivity does not work. Windows Ink does not fix the mapping position either. The operating system is Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2 and it is also a 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. The Tablet driver version is Driver_15.7.6.1314 . The driver does detect the tablet. Thank you ****************** FIXED *********** It works now, both the laptop and TV were at 1920 x 1080 resolution, but the TV was at 150% scaling while the laptop was at 125% scaling. So I could go into the Display settings on my laptop, select Display 2 (the TV), and then reduce the TV scaling to 125% instead of 150%. Thank you.

Compared to other companies, this has been one of the best warranty experiences I’ve had. Many other brands don’t offer the same level of effectiveness and care. I truly appreciate Huion’s efforts to ensure a positive resolution, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again if needed.

After concerns on shipping dates and package information, Jane from the customer support team communicated frequently and swiftly with me to update information and help resolve the issues. Very rare to see a genuinely helpful and thorough support team. Will be recommending this company to all my art friends

They sell products that don't even exist - aren't produced yet. They will not inform you about that. Only if you ask you will get information about out-of-stock. Two examples from their answers (delivery within 7 working days): "We have planned the production and delivery to fulfill your order as soon as possible. However, even a well-thought-out plan may not work accordingly due to some unexpected events or uncontrollable factors. Due to the high demand for the said model, we are sorry to inform you that we've run out of stock. " "We fully acknowledge that the inventory mismanagement and the lack of timely out-of-stock notifications were unfortunate oversights on our part"

So recently I got a Inspiroy 2 L as my first drawing tablet, and it works quite well for the price and actually lets left handed people use it (Which I love because I'm left handed). Huion is a great company for people wanting to draw but don't want to spend the outrageous prices

Had so much fun with the product. High quality and easy to use,the price is definitely reasonable, and overall absolutely amazing.
