Promised delivery of 1 day not kept
Promised delivery of 1 day not kept. There was no stock Promised follow-up delivery with different screen not met. After question, it was deliverd next day. No notification of Huion. No excuse. Promised rebate not given.

Pen and keydail mini not working during Christmas break,
It took a few times going back and forward to fix the issue I was having but it also wasnt the easiest thing to fix (I had a problem with my driver where my mini keydail wouldnt let me use its customiseable buttons and have my pen work at the same time... like I said very tricky) AND this was happening during Christmas break! I feel so bad having to ask for help during this period but they responded quickly and helped me until my problem was solved :) very much satisfied by the service.

Tablet Return
I purchased a tablet that unfortunately was ultimately not what I wanted. The communication during the return process was OUTSTANDING. I was treated professionally, courteously and quickly. I wish there had not been a restock fee and return shipping fee, but I completely understand the necessity. Overall, an extremely pleasant return experience.

Unser geliefertes Zeichentablet flackert. Der Service reagierte super schnell mit Ersatzkabel, als auch das nicht funktionierte, wurde umgehend ein neues Zeichentablet zugesandt. Alles lief super und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Customer service was outstanding
Customer service was outstanding. The replies were within 24 hours and helpful. The issue with my daughter's drawing tablet was handled better than I expected.

Display not working.
For some reason my Kamvas 16 (Gen 3) would not work. My computer recognises it but it does not display anything on the screen which is really frustrating. It keeps displaying on the screen that there is an "Type C" issue that is blue with an exclamation mark but there is nothing on the internet or the website to even explain what this means.

The “Type C” issue you’re seeing usually relates to the USB-C to USB-C connection requirements. Not all devices support this type of connection, and compatibility depends on whether your computer’s USB-C port meets the necessary specifications. Huion support will do everything they can to find a solution to your problem.
Anna, the person in-charge of my case, made sure to respond to every one of my concerns almost daily and updated me with every bit of progress through out the weeks long process of replacing my Huion tablet.
