Storage King USAReviews of storagekingusa.com

I have rented at this facility before when it was under different ownership. I was hesitant to see it was under new ownership until my husband and I went in to talk to the personnel about renting a storage unit. We felt we were treated fairly and professionally. We had absolutely no problem with how they dealt with the paperwork and how they answered every question we had in a professional, intelligent manner. We would never hesitate to rent from them again. You won't be disappointed!

Very professional

We were emptying a 10x10 and needed to move into a 5x10. There was a 4-day overlap. You know what they did? LOANED us a key and the 4 days!!! We were able to sort through the 10x10, move stuff to the 5x10 on Wednesday and keep it for nothing until we emptied the 10x10 on Saturday and then charged us the transfer price for the 5x10, not the new customer price. They are the best. Just as friendly and nice as your next-door neighbor and they get that life is just messy. And they help. They don't make it harder. Oh yeah, and the 5x10 they gave us? RIGHT BESIDE THE 10x10!!! How's THAT for the royal treatment!! Storage King, you just flat-out rock!!! And your units are clean as a whistle and climate control is really climate control. THANK YOU!!!!

Fast excellent service. Full clear explanation of operations, t&c, personally took me to storage locker to confirm that it was clean before taking over

I was a previous customer and I came back because of your on site manger.

The office staff was extremely professional and courteous. This was my first time leasing any type of storage and they were very helpful and needless to say, made my transition very smooth. I researched and visited several facilities in the area and this facility was by far the best. I also love the fact that they honored their online promotions and pricing without me having to call attention to it. Wonderful facility thus far!

I chose this location because of the cleanliness, prices, security and courteous employees. The unit we are renting is the perfect size for our needs and was really clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location because of the facility & people. My only compliant is that you cannot access the property from both directions of Tyron Road. You have to go up and make a u-turn. Since this is NO fault of the facility, I still gave 5 stars. Maybe an access road from a near by side street at the Eagles gas station should be considered for easier access.

Great personal service
