Storage King USAReviews of storagekingusa.com

Employees were extremely professional and helpful. Meant to rate 5 stars. Phone acting crazy! !!

The only issue I had was when I want to go from floor 2 to 1 the elevator would go to 3 then down to 1.

Jennifer is very helpful. She is attentive to my needs.

Great people and great service.

I arrived with many questions and the manager didn't seem to mind at all. She also had the answers and made me feel at ease with my decision.

Laura was lovely. My experience was very positive . The facilities are well maintained.

Convenient and pleasant person at the front desk. Con- a bit pricy..

Customer service is exceptional! We've been customers at this property for nearly five years. Moving in and out is never fun, but management has always gone above and beyond to make the experience positive. Property is always clean, and secure. We won't trust anyone else with our storage needs.
