Everything is good would recommend

Dependable staff and excellent facility.

I didn't want to deal with making month to month payments so I paid for three months in advance when I started renting space. Big waste of time! For each of those three months I received late notices, including my first month! This meant each month I spent longer on the phone with management trying to correct the issue than it would have taken to make a payment every month. Every time I called I was assured this wouldn't happen again and then the next month would roll around and bring another late notice. While the staff was courteous, they also initially tried to insist that I owed money when I had already paid. I cannot recommend using Storage King, but if you do, make sure to have documented proof of how much you're being charged per month, how much you have paid and which months that covers. The facilities themselves were fine. The gates seemed secure and were in good shape. They just need to either update their computer systems or better train their staff.

Great location for me and the manager is so helpful. When I say helpful, I really mean she would bend over backwards to make sure YOU have a great experience, and that's something that you do not get from a storage place. Literally the best place by far. -

Staff is amazing, helpful and understanding

They are the best Storage I have ever had. Answered with them over five years and they have done nothing but make things as easy as possible. Always gave me the best price always worked with me when I needed it. Don the manager is the bomb, if he can't do something it just can't be done. Can't go wrong with Storage King
