I ordered the wrong size 76 mm wheels and when I called I did not get an automated number pressing menu (thank God), nor an attitude and the lady answered promptly and immediately. What a refreshing surprise. She was awesome and from Minnesota. She said send back the wheels you can't use and we'll send you the wheels you need. Friggin' awesome!!!!!!!!! You guys will be recommended to 100 of my friends. Bruce

The Stop Over Store is great, both the stores and mail order are convenient and have always have what I need. Unfortunately, I ordered the Luggage Works 22" Executive Pilot Bag (plastic frame) and was not impressed. The handle retraction mechanism is faulty, there is now a screw missing on the front, and several screws were driven too deeply into the plastic frame. I have owned this same bag previously and loved its light weight. This new one does not come close to the bag of old and is worthy or a complaint to Luggage Works, and a return in exchange for the heavier metal frame bag. Hoping that this one is just a "dud" and their manufacturing is still top notch.

Got the new Stealth Aviator. Pricey but well thought out. Materials seem excellent as well as overall quality. I gave 4 stars instead of five because the bag came with wheels very sloppy. Too much play. One of the wheels would intermittently contact the aluminum back plate and bind as well as shave off rubber from inside edge of wheel. Should've been caught by QC before shipping. The Good news is that the company has excellent customer service and promptly sent out upgraded replacement wheels and spacers. 10 minutes later bag seems perfect. Thanx stopover store!

No problems with either payment or shipping I did notice that after only three days of traveling my suitcase's handle is showing signs of wear I definitely did not expect. I'm only using it as carry-on so I can't say it was damaged during ground handling. I will contact the company to figure that out. Other than that all was good.

I had a purdy neat bag, you know the metal framed ones, takes licking keeps on ticking thing, it finally after about 8 years gave up the ghost, so I went on line to find a replacement and purchased what I thought was the same bag, however, instead of being metal framed as the last one was this one was plastic. So we will see how long it holds up..., shipping was very fast, two days I believe and it was at my door...good job on that.
