Travelpro Platinum II, I needed to drill out the axle rivets and rebuild them with parts from the hardware store in order to use the new wheels. Offering an axle kit for use with the Platinum II line would be helpful. Works great now and should last a long time.

Because I am an airline pilot that lives alone and gone a lot I have been trying to coordinate my delivery for when I am home and for the second time in a row UPS is showing a delivery date corresponding to a day I leave on a trip which means my package will be sitting outside subject to the elements and theft the entire time I am away. Why would it take over a week for me to get a product from you?

I placed an order at the last minute (Thursday) for a couple pieces of carry-on luggage. I needed them to arrive no later than Saturday so I could use them for a trip leaving very early Monday morning. After I placed the order (and paid extra for expedited shipping), I called the Stop-over store to confirm that they would arrive with the timing I required. My contact (her name escapes me at the moment) worked with me to ensure the shipping met my timing and, in fact, they arrived the next day! She called me several times with updates to make sure I was "in the loop" and to ensure me that I would receive my shipment on time. Great customer service! I would order from Stop-over store again in a heart beat!

I ordered a rollerboard and it arrived in great condition just two days later without having to pay for express shipping. The Stop Over Store sent an appropriate amount of emails that pertained to the purchase and shipment of the item.

I placed an on-line order for a TravelWorks Stealth Aviator bag as a gift for my son who is a pilot. I asked to have his name embossed on the handle, but somehow they received the request, but not the name I gave them. I got a call from the Stop-Over Store within a matters of hours after placing my order, asking me for his name. They pulled the bag, which was already in the mailroom, embossed the handle, and got it out to him the next day! The bag was great, the customer service was wonderful, and my son told me he was glad I order his bag from the Stop-Over Store!

Wheels arrived as promised. Easy to install and much better than originals. The new wheels are ball bearing construction while the lid wheels had no bearings just plastic bushings. I ordered two when all I needed was one. It's my fault as I didn't realize that quantity (1) meant one pair. The web site could have been clearer that it was one pair but I should have realized that the wheels should be replaced in pairs.

I ordered a set of replacement wheels for my Travelpro luggage. The wheels are high quality (much better than those that came with the luggage originally), easy to install (less than 5 minutes work), reasonably priced and delivered within days of ordering. Perfect!
