I ordered a 22" bag and it was delivered as promised. The bag is more than 22" long so I want to exchange it for the 20" bag. I have now left messages three times but no one answers and no one returns a call so I don't know if the company is still open.

my order, the second with this airline in the past few months, was met with ignorance and rejection. How rude and unprofessional. Only intervention by another individual at the same business was able to continue with my business, and that of my colleagues - through me. International shipping is very pricey so we order items and i collect at my home and bring back after my leave each time.
Michael
Order never shipped and no follow up by them

Ordered and paid for 4 shirts. After one week, received 1 shirt with a note that the rest of my order will arrive sometime at the end of the month. Guess I will wait till sometime the end of the month for the majority of my order??? Update!!! it has been over 1 month since this store charged my credit card! No shirts, no emails answered ! FILED DISPUTE WITH CC COMPANY!!!!! Only after I gave this poor rating did anyone at the company call. After 1 month they say we no longer have that product?

It has not arrived to my house yet.

I have not yet received the item that I ordered, so rating the service is a mute point.

Product delivered was not as described. It is the shortest night shirt ever made. Actually is is more like a XXL Tee Shirt. In spite of buying the same product from the same manufacturer it was different - very disappointed.
