I ordered what I thought was the correct part based on what product I have. When it arrived, it was not correct. I called and was instructed to return the incorrect part with a note explaining the problem and they would send the correct one. It was less that a week turnaround. Unfortunately this part is not the correct one either. Not SOS's fault... I need to get with the manufacturer to figure this out. I will use SOS again when needed!!
