New, Malicious, Bad Management
Edit: On 10/01 I was back-charged $260.50 for a previously refunded TressAlure EuroChic wig. Malicious? Fraudulent? IDK. Disputing it..again.
Edit: On 09/28 Merchant attempted to coerce me into withdrawing my dispute as a condition to process a refund or ship the unreceived item. I declined to cancel the dispute and requested she process the remaining $334.00 refund directly through the dispute portal. I notified creditor Merchant continued to withhold $334.00 for goods never delivered.
Original Review: New Mgmt. Beware. A regular customer since 2021. Purchased 2 wigs on Labor Day Sale 2026, but got lost in shipping. Cali said was my fault, so I disputed. Never would have happened that way with Sherri.

5 October 2026: Miss Sheldon was issued full refund, as is reflected in our account on Shopify. Screenshots were just provided to her via email. Spellbound Wigs has not received any further chargeback/complaint. According to Shopify, this order is closed and Miss Sheldon received a full refund.

1 October 2026: Package was rec'd back to manufacturer after being misdelivered by Fedex. Customer was offered to have it overnighted to her but declined offer and asked for a refund. Refund was completed on 9/30/26.

While we understand your frustration with shipping delays and order cancellations, we would like to clarify the facts surrounding your purchase:
Order Handling & Communication: When you contacted us regarding the delivery delay for your Simmer Elite order, Cali promptly investigated the situation with the manufacturer (HairUWear) and monitored the FedEx Ground Economy tracking alongside you. At no point was it stated or implied that the shipping delay was your fault.
Cancellations & Refunds: Per our established store policies, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have processed and shipped, as liability and physical custody transfer to the carrier. Nevertheless, when your second order (#7485 for the Euro Chic wig) experienced factory delays prior to dispatch, we immediately canceled the order and issued a full refund of $260.50 to your original payment method, while voluntarily waiving our standard 10% cancellation fee as a gesture of goodwill.
Courier Liability: Once a package is tendered to the carrier (in this case, FedEx), missing or stalled package traces must be handled through their formal claims process. While our policy dictates that transit issues fall under carrier responsibility, Cali offered to assist you by providing any required documentation to support your claim with FedEx.
Under new ownership, our commitment to customer care and service standard remains identical to the values Sherri established, as Cali worked directly alongside Sherri for four years prior to taking over operations.
We remain ready to provide FedEx with any documentation necessary to assist with your claim resolution.

Arrived timely and Maya is beautiful. Only problem is she’s a horrible face flopper and it will take some time to train. She’s definitely not an out of the box and go but her texture and color are beautiful. Not fond of her lace front as she also likes to lift.

We would love to know your tips/tricks for training face floppers and adjusting the lace front to fit flat to the scalp. Hope you can share your ideas! It's always a journey with alternative and straight out of the box doesn't work for everyone. Most styles need some sort of customization in terms of personal preferences, face shape, and fit. Rene of Paris Maggie in Winter Oat…
Rene of Paris Maggie in Winter Oat Latte R is a really cute style. I was concerned about the orangie root showing on the nape but the way the nape is tapered the winter oat latter color pretty much covers it up, just a little bit of a peekaboo. There is so very little permatease if any I didn't feel it at all. All in all a comfortable style that is both cute and stylish.

Buyer beware…
Will never order from them again. Took pictures of color on site and color of wig sent (totally different) and refused to accept return, exchange, credit, etc. because it was a final sale..
Threw wig in garbage and out $135!

As stated to this person in a myriad of ways within our tome of documented communications, THIS WAS EXACTLY the wig she ordered, knowing full well it was Final Sale, and even checking the Final Sale confirmation box in Checkout. Not duped, not scammed, not taken advantage of. And like that was a final sale, this is our final word. Further harassment will be met with legal intervention.
