I had looked all over the internet and stores to find a the titanium gray color Travel pro 50 in rolling garment bag and the stop over store website said it was in stock. They also confirmed that it had been shipped. So I purchased the rest of the luggage we needed in the titanium gray to match. When we received the rolling garment bag it was black and not the titanium gray so now we have to return this bag as it is not available in this color anywhere and also we will have to return the rest of the bags and start over with our luggage selection this has been a huge pain in the ___. I will not recommend the stop over store.

I placed an order over one week ago that was supposed to have three day shipping and I still have not received it. I had to pay extra shipping as well. I am very disappointed as this is not an on time departure or arrival. Tracking still states that the shopping lable is being generated. I can not recommend this company at this time.

They have anything and everything a traveling professional would need, but interactions with staff is varied based on which staff members you talk to. Most are extremely pleasant and helpful, but a few others could use some customer service training.

Thanks for having a great product available online and promptly shipping it. Ordered on Friday, arrived on Monday, the wheels were installed on the TravelPro the same day. Installation was as simple as putting the gear down. Needless to say, my bag rolls more smoothly with the new wheels. Thank you very much!
