My 23Yr old Atlantic carry-on finally blew a tire after ~3M miles! Jim suggested that I customize the look with their silver/clear replacement wheels. They arrived yesterday. They are an exact replacement and look great. Now my old trusty black carry-on looks (just enough) different from all of the other black carry-ons. We're off to HKG next month!

In the past two months I have had the opportunity to deal with the Stop Over Store for parts and a new bag. I called the 800 number and a human answered! Jeff was very helpful in selecting the proper handle for my older Purdy Neat Stuff bag. During our conversation I mentioned to him I have been looking at replacing my older bag for sometime. Jeff was helpful with information on the newer bags. Last week I order a new Purdy Neat Stuff bag to replace the bag I have been using since 1997. If you require assistance, call and speak with Jeff.

Love Luggage works and Stop over store. They initially sent Executive duffle bag to wrong address but fixed it quickly. Thanks.

Just received my new Luggage-works roller bag. Very pleased with it and currently on my first trip. Had it shipped out to the UAE. Stop over store were very helpful on the phone when I placed the order. While the bag was being shipped I received a few emails informing me of the progress. Also I was able to log online to see a live track. Highly recommend the bag and also the service from the Stop over store.

I would purchase this bag again at a higher price based on the level of service received. Very satisfied and appreciate the follow up on my order.
