The agent was very courteous in helping me return an incorrect sized item that I had ordered and expedited a replacement order. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a shirt, a pair of shoes and a computer bag. All three showed up at the same time in a reasonable time frame. the shirt is a nice fit but pricey. The shoes are not that comfortable for the price but may need to be broken in. The bag was on sale probably because the design of the main zipper is poor. I makes a hard turn on the top corners of the bag and the zipper gets hung up on those tight turns. I don't see this lasting very long. However the rest of the bag is very nice and the price was reasonable.

I am looking forward to receiving my order but it hasn't arrived yet.

Whenever I have occasion to purchase pilot supplies through the Stopover Store, I never have any concern that my order will not arrive promptly and exactly as I specified in the order. Highly Recommended!!

Went to the Stop-Over Store, like I had been going for the last 20 years. A mix up in the order caused a delay. I called the store and it was rectified immediately. Worked with Jeff who was friendly and helpful. The prices at the Stop - Over Store were also far better than some of their competitors. When asking for advice, Jeff pointed me towards something that was more appropriate for my needs, resulting in a smaller sale for their company. This built trust, and I will continue shopping here.
