My roller board basically fell apart a day and a half before I had to start a 4 day trip. I ordered a new bag at around 11pm and had to do the over nite delivery. They were lightning fast, my order was processed and on its way by 9am. Great job, I will defiantly buy from them again!

I ordered the Stealth 22" roller board. It arrived within 3 days. Upon opening the box I found one of the screw holes in the frame was stripped and one screw wouldn't tighten all the way. There was also a small scratch in the paint near the stripped screw hole. I'm not sure of this happened during or prior to shipping. I called Stop Over Store and spoke with Jeff. He immediately told me he would send me a brand new bag with a pre paid shipping label for me to return the faulty bag. No questions asked! The new bagged arrived promptly with no issued. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be using Stop Over Store in the future.

This was my first experience with The Stop-Over-Store. I highly recommend. They have great options and I can't remember having someone take the time to help me select a travel bag as SOS. And free (UPS) shipping had my purchase delivered the next day. Amazing. Once again...very happy with the experience
