The flight case I ordered was described as it was and it shipped fast!

I was looking to buy a Luggage Works bag, and it was out of stock on their website. I googled the bag and Stop-Over store had it in stock, I purchased it and it shipped quickly. For me it ended up being quicker that buying from the manufacturer. Thanks to Stop-Over Store. I would buy from them again.

They were very quick to ship everything, they just didn't email a shipment notification or tracking number, so I was left in the dark for when to expect it, until everything showed up in the mail. Would be nice to get an email from them for the shipping, but other than that, they're a great vendor!!

Service was great but find a way to provide free shipping. People don't like to pay for shipping, especially since we get a discount ......

the covering of one of my carry-on wheels started to wear off during a recent trip so after getting back i Googled information regarding replacement parts for TravelPro and came across Stop-Over's site. their price seemed to be good and they claimed their wheels were more durable than the originals. i phoned to make sure of the millimeter diameter i needed because i thought their posted inch equivalents weren't accurate and i was also concerned that the center holes might not accept the original axles. i got detailed information, placed the order, received it quickly and when i impulsively sent an e-mail because i had expected the new wheels to already feature the correct size center hole, not having noticed the small packet of bushings that was still in the envelope, i got a prompt e-mail reply as well as 2 answering machine messages! unheard of in this day and age when it seems that everyone is incompetent and completely unconcerned about their customers. this company goes on my short list of reliable places to deal with and i only wish i could buy some of the other products i'm looking for from them.
