I ordered a suitcase on Saturday to be delivered "next biz day afternoon". These are THEIR words, not mine. So, I placed my order and the next "biz" day would be MONDAY? Well, Monday arrives and no suitcase. Meanwhile I have missed all my other chances to find a suitcase because I relied on them to do their job. I call the 800# to speak to someone in charge. I am given to "Greg". According to Greg, no one ANYWHERE is open on the weekend so I should have no expectation of actually receiving my bag on Monday! And, according to GREG it's IMPOSSIBLE to ship something from Minneapolis to Virginia in one day! And, FEDEX doesn't work on Saturday either! I ask Greg what the next business day after Saturday is and he just informs the FRIDAY is the end of the work week? So I guess that means that MONDAY is beginning and therefore BIZ day. So GREG, where is my package that I paid a 50% of the price of my suitcase to have on Monday? 70$ shipping on a 150$ suitcase. They offer FREE shipping but it take 4-5 days. A great deal but I NEEDED my bag MONDAY! Asking to speak to Greg's boss, I leave a message with JEFF. Does Jeff call me back? NOPE. Did JEFF call me earlier today after asking him to call me YESTERDAY? NOPE! This place is incompetent! It doesn't matter that I have literally spent HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of dollars here or that I would have continued to do so. Their policy is that the customer is always WRONG! Great Job GREG. Keep up the good work.

Ordered two replacement wheels for a TravelPro rollaboard. The guidance on the website was very helpful and I got the right size first time around. Shipping was prompt,,,,would definitely recommend the Stop-Over Store!

I've been looking for luggage of a particular size and you are the only ones who had it!!!!! I haven't had a chance to use it yet but hope to soon. I am a Flight Attendant who flies on small, regional planes - so I am hoping this fits our overhead bins!!!!!

This is a great bag. It has lasted me 9 years. Its has its flaws like weak zippers on the side compartments & I have to replace a screw occasionally, but beyond that, GREAT!. You can ask about any pilot about it & you will get the same response. Honestly, they should do a lifetime replacement warranty on the zippers. As old as my bag is, its out of warranty and the cost to fix things isn't much less than a new bag. So, I just bought a new bag. The exact same bag. I was hoping I could make the one bag last my whole career would have been cool. But....
