Not what I expected
Not what I expected. The ad shows a much more involved journal. I was shocked how small and the quality. I think you are false advertising this product. For what you get, it is over priced. Not enough pages either. Sorry. Do not recommend.

Jean, thank you for telling us, and I'm sorry it was a letdown. If the journal looked bigger and fuller in our ad than it was in your hands, that's a real gap, and we want our photos to set the right expectations. For reference, the Pocket is 4.25 x 6.89 inches and the Classic is 4.72 x 7.87 inches, and each comes with two paper inserts and a zipper organizer. If it isn't right for you, you can return it unused within 100 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll help. The Still Archive Team

Not as advertised or ordered
Misleading advertisements. Comes from China, product not as pictured. Bright red tacky elastic that does not match cover. Sent two completely different and hideously ugly charms than what was ordered and not at all gold plated. Absolutely not worth even a third of the price charged.
Response from Still ArchiveOct 25, 2026
Stacey, I'm truly sorry. Receiving charms that aren't the ones you chose is exactly the kind of mistake that should never happen, and the elastic color not matching your cover makes it worse. Please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll get the charms you actually ordered sorted out for you, and we'll look at the elastic too. Thank you for telling us plainly what went wrong. The Still Archive Team

Shipping Inaccurate at Best
So far bad. Shipping is not accurate at all. It said it would be here the 15th, then the 17th and now the 18th but there is no way it will be here - it's in China and only processing. Its ships from China. If I had known that upfront I would have never bought it.

Becky, I'm sorry. Watching the delivery date move from the 15th to the 17th to the 18th is maddening, and you deserved an honest estimate from the start. Some orders this month took longer than the date we showed, and we've been working on making those dates more reliable. If your journal still hasn't arrived, or arrived with any problem, please email [email protected] with your order number and we'll make it right. The Still Archive Team

Get it on Amazon
This company is a rip off. Read carefully before you buy. Only return for store credit. Shipping is not accurate, took almost 3 weeks and that is when I realize they ship from China. Also they have the same journals for $20 on Amazon and the shipping only takes 2 days.
Response from Still ArchiveOct 25, 2026
Layla, I'm sorry your order took nearly three weeks. That's much longer than anyone should wait, and it's fair to be frustrated. Our returns are store credit within 100 days of delivery, and we should make that clearer before checkout. If there's anything about your order we can still help with, please email [email protected] with your order number. We read every message and want to make this better for you. The Still Archive Team

Beautiful Cover on my Journal
Beautiful Cover on my Journal. Disappointed that the pictures shown, don’t match what you actually receive. Example, my chosen folio showed a great BEE charm but in reality, the charm I got was a very small bee.

NOT MADE OR SHIPPED FROM THE USA
First of all I do not like that I was under the assumption that this was made and sold in the USA. If I had previously known that it was made and shipped from China I would have bought a different brand. Second I was led to believe that I would have my journal in 5 to 10 days. It is actually going on the 12th day and according to the tracking is still sitting in Chicago in Customs Holding.

I'm so sorry your journal was held up for so long. When you're told 5 to 10 days and tracking stalls on day 12, it's completely fair to feel misled, and we're sorry the timeline we showed didn't match what happened. If your order still hasn't arrived, or if anything about it isn't right, please email [email protected] with your order number so we can look into it personally and help. The Still Archive Team

Pocket journal
I purchased the pocket-sized and moss green, and the color is just what I expected and the cover is made from a good quality leather. T

Ordered the product 2 weeks ago and the delivery keeps being pushed out. Will never order again. Takes to long to receive. Would’ve cancelled if I could.
Response from Still ArchiveOct 25, 2026
Simba, I'm sorry. Watching your delivery date keep getting pushed back after two weeks is frustrating, and we understand why you'd want to call it off. That's on us, not you. If you're still waiting, or if your journal arrived with any problem, please email [email protected] with your order number and we'll do everything we can to help. The Still Archive Team
