Still archive positions itself as a US small business but what you are buying is from China, shipped by a third world unknown shipping company that claims to “hamd off” to local shipper but the order was never shipped. My order was due on 10/15, and it is 10/23 and it disappeared and the company went strangely silent after 3 emails. I will be fighting the charge with my credit card company but in the meantime i paid for something that I will never receive. Please do not believe the social media hype. This is a scam.

Robin, I'm so sorry. You were expecting your journal by October 15th, it still hasn't arrived, and three emails went without a real answer. That's a genuinely bad experience, and I completely understand why it feels like you paid for something you'll never see. You deserved clear updates the whole way through, and we let you down. Please reply to your last email or write to [email protected] with your order number and "Trustpilot" in the subject so it reaches the right person quickly.
