The products are nice
The products are nice. They do seem a little less grade on the feel of leather. Pictures seem a little different than the product. Happy with my order. Thank you.

I like the product that I finally…
I like the product that I finally received, but it took almost a month to get here and it was almost too late for the occasion I bought it for. If I had known it was coming from China, I wouldn't have ordered it. I won’t order refills from them for the same reason. It’s a shame, because I appreciate the customer service. Every time I emailed about it, they answered promptly, thoroughly, and courteously. I wish them success and a way to ship to customers from the US. That would be a game changer.

I genuinely like the concept
I genuinely like the concept. I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas because I’ve been getting her the other one that’s popular every year. I showed her this and she thought she would like this one is better. I find it very difficult to put the inserts in and out either. They’re not enough strings to put them in place or something. I don’t know if she will really like it or not, and it was very expensive to buy it also we will see.

I love the concept and the cover
I love the concept and the cover, but the ads indicate the journal is at least 50% larger than the standard size actually is. The measurements are correct in the listings, so that's on me for not checking more carefully, but the ads definitely make it look more like it's 6-7" width.

We've recently put exact measurements on our site to help with that: the Pocket is 4.25 x 6.89 inches and the Classic is 4.72 x 7.87 inches. We're so glad you love the concept and the cover. I like the journal but it doesn’t feel…
I like the journal but it doesn’t feel different from a cheaper brand, so it was a bit disappointing. Also, I still have not figure out how to put the charm on because it is not something extra to put on or directions. I like the color but for the price a bit on a cheap side in my opinion.

For the charm, twist the two ends of the tiny jump ring sideways to open it, loop it through the charm and around the elastic, then twist it closed. Tweezers or small pliers make it easier.
