Not what expected
First the shipping took forever…now I have it and the quality isn’t at all what I expected. I could buy a much nicer one somewhere else. Sorry, just being truthful

Delivery was slow
Poor quality - Delivery was slow - quality definitely not worth $89 - difficult to add additional inserts. I would not buy another one and you can only get a store credit if returned. Great advertisement but product shown is not like the one I received. Beware!!!

A slow delivery, a journal that didn't match what you saw in our ads, and inserts that are hard to add would leave anyone disappointed, especially at that price. Not what I expected
Not what I expected. The ad shows a much more involved journal. I was shocked how small and the quality. I think you are false advertising this product. For what you get, it is over priced. Not enough pages either. Sorry. Do not recommend.

If the journal looked bigger and fuller in our ad than it was in your hands, that's a real gap, and we want our photos to set the right expectations. For reference, the Pocket is 4.25 x 6.89 inches and the Classic is 4.72 x 7.87 inches, and each comes with two paper inserts and a zipper organizer. NOT MADE OR SHIPPED FROM THE USA
First of all I do not like that I was under the assumption that this was made and sold in the USA. If I had previously known that it was made and shipped from China I would have bought a different brand. Second I was led to believe that I would have my journal in 5 to 10 days. It is actually going on the 12th day and according to the tracking is still sitting in Chicago in Customs Holding.

No returns and cheap quality
I purchased 2 journals from them and was disappointed with the leather quality. It feels cheap for the price. It also shipped from overseas despite marketing itself like an American brand. When I wanted to return a journal, they asked me for the tracking number to process it. Who does that? Most places require a packing slip only. Their returns are also store credit only when they market 100 day money back guarantee. All of it very misleading.
