Unclear and contradictory instructions online but the agent was very helpful. On a number of occasion , had trouble downloading documents from the site. Kept retrying until success.

Great support! I got confused at candidate inputs employment information because it asked to only provide data from last 7 years of employment. I don't know how to skip the rest. The support person Ian that was helping me walked me thru it then wait for me to completed this step and the next one before logging off. She was patient and super nice. Thank You for awesome customer service!
