On 7/08/2017,my daughter submitted a form for a background check,upload all requested documents.On 17/08/2017,she received an email requesting documents that were already provided on submission.My daughter scanned them and send them.On 18/08/2017 another email was received with the same request.Then my daughter spoke with the supervisor and he apologised and stated that there is no need to send them again.Today 21/08/2017 another email was received requesting the same documents.Contacted the company,request to speak with the manager.I put a complaint.Documents were send again by post recorded delivery.Absolute joke of a company.
