Had this company call for information about an old employee. Very confusing and hard to understand the agents on the phone. They also called back several times to ask the same question so it seemed scammy so I hesitated to give too much information about our ex employee. The agent's accent was very very hard to understand as well which made it hard to answer the questions.

I have been working in staffing for 5 years and have verified at least 50% of candidates MYSELF because Sterling is not able to do so. How does a company advertise this service and collect payment for such an atrocious record? It's not even my job to do so but unfortunately it's necessary and extremely time consuming, because they seem unable to do theirs. Collecting money to do nothing.

It was hard to understand her accent was very strong ..... and I had to look up a zip code for her to find a place to go do my drug test? I have never done that I asked if she could look in the surrounding areas .... and ? She said she couldn’t she than asked for my divers license number When I got it she asked what state I was in and never brought up my license again I told her I was in Utah..... and she said what is the abbreviation for that .... this was a very stressful call just to find out where I needed to do my drug test at...

I contacted the service department earlier to find out the status on my application for employment a gentleman by the name of Bryan Denton kindly helped me with what I needed to know his assistance was very helpful
