I like the foremat that the background check is created, and developed to go through each category. It is well spelled out and is clear and concise, and it has prompts to let you know if you have missed anything or if there is an issue. It is not confusing, that makes a world of difference when you are like me, nervous and want to make sure you are putting in all the correct information to help Sterling. It also helps that each category is color coded so you know when there is a "green checkmark" you are all set. Also, this is so helpful, I had to contact Sterling with their outstanding customer service, and I had to leave the website where I had left off, and I did not lose it and have to do it all over again. That is wonderufl!
