Great customer service. Very professional. Responsive and always helpful.

Crap service, keep back and forth asking for stuff, papers, when information was sent already, they don't bother check what we sent over. Bad screening process, information is mostly available online and they are stuck in the 90's.

Sterling provided support with questions during a background check. They were very professional and thorough with questions that I had for them.

The agent is very nice and helpful

have had 2 checks going through. A free one and a paid for. Both asking for the same information. Both times even with the correct documentation loaded required me to send so of it again. Then for some reason the free one completed in 3 day the one that i had been charge for, the documents were still incorrect even thought the same as the one that had been signed off. Is still outstanding 2 weeks later. If i had a chose i would not use this company at all

They have the answer to all the questions and concerns that I had and they helped me with them.
