The turnaround was fast and the site easy to use

Background checks can be tense for candidates. At times, certain documents are tough to upload. Sterling representatives will make sure that you've completed the necessary steps.

If at all possible for eAPP ans Sterling could be streamlined. Seems as if I'm having to put the same information in twice.

The agent are promptly reaching out. that is appreciable part. But the quality of background check is not satisfactory as the name check shows different random names and all are included in the report. I didn't change my name at any point of time.

Well the process is taking to long for a background check and I know I have a clean record.

Make an appointment for Screening! The Sterling folks were great, however the information provided about the laboratory was incorrect. The hours shown in the email providing directions did not indicate that the screening cutoff was earlier than their hours or that screenings were not available on Saturdays. As a result I ended up going to the testing site three different times. I was also unable to transfer the screening to a different lab that was open later. Improvements can be made in providing specific instructions for making appointments and having the correct hours for screenings.

They were very kind respectful and answered all my questions and gave me solutions and one thing I appreciate every time I called or sent an email I didn't get the run around or got transfer I appreciate the help and support the company gives thank you

As an applicant, I found it easy to respond with documents requested as part of my background search. I was pretty surprised by some of the documents they requested that were from years ago, such as W2 from 1999. Fortunately, I had everything they requested and could quickly respond within the format.
