While I’m very happy with the product
While I’m very happy with the product, it took much longer to receive them than originally stated. Thus my 4 star rating. I wil reorder them.

Super easy when buying
Super easy when buying, but when you need to return them back, no reply at all. I've sent several emails and nothing so I had to open a case with my credit company to dispute it. These also gets sent from China so it takes atleast a week to receive depending on where you are located. Update: they've reached out to me asking me to delete this review and they would refund me also. My credit card company already took care of that so thank you capital one! These insoles goes into the trash

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. Artificial intelligence replies to emails. No real human interaction. Would rate ZERO stars if I could.
