They never sent my order, and after emailing them about it several times over the course of a week I never got a response. Next time I saw their ad on Instagram literally all of the comments were the same experience. I eventually just had to report to my bank as FRAUD.

I don't ever write reviews but I am so terribly disappointed with this company, that I am moved to write one. I placed an order for two insoles on March 31, 2026. Having not received the items, on April 24, 2026 I emailed Customer Service to find out the status of the order. I received a response with a link to track my order. When I clicked on the link, I was informed that the items were delivered on April 20, 2026. However, when I checked the status of the order on Shop, I received contradictory information. On Shop, "Waiting for details" was what is listed for tracking information. I received one more piece of communication after I told them (again) that I did not receive the items. It simply stated that they "are forwarding my request to the relevant department." Since then I have heard nothing, despite several more attempts to communicate about my order for $52.64. I am terribly disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve purchased massage insoles and received height isoles. I tried to exchange them after all and for a month, every time I’ve been trying to reach out to them they would tell me the same thing « We understand it’s been a while, and we appreciate your patience. Please rest assured that we’re working to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. » they won’t anwser back its only bots. Don’t buy trust.

Stepprs was very slow to ship so I reached out to their customer service. They did finally respond and say that my order had been filled and was being shipped. The product itself was very thin and did not provide the support. I was hoping to experience. They are very thin and too soft, providing very little support. I have requested a refund as they suggested on their website, but they keep wanting to send me a replacement. Their customer service is poor at best and they do not honor their return policy, at least they haven’t yet. Updated: Stepprs did finally respond and say they would be refunding my money and should receive it within a week, so I’ll wait and see if they follow through.

I ordered the wrong size and they immediately sent me the right one with no charge. They also let me keep the wrong size to gift to someone. Amazing job

Fantastic customer service. Insoles have made a difference in my ability to go for walks without heel pain.
