Very comfortable inserts. So far, so good. I am wearing them in whichever pairs of shoe I pick. No discomforting spots. I will purchase a second set for extra usage flexibility.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered something on Mar 31st. Didn’t realize I’d ordered from a company in China as that’s nowhere on their website, package sat in customs for 2 weeks. Checked on status again on April 24 and their tracking system said it had been delivered on April 18 but I never received it and my local post office said they didn’t deliver any packages to me on April 18. Contacted the company April 24 who asked me to check several things which I did and shared with them including that local post office had no record of delivery package. They said they sent it to their relevant department for investigation April 25. Checked in May 4 as I hadn’t heard anything. They responded May 7 like this was the first time I’d contacted them and asked me to check several things, same response they gave me when I first contacted them. Gave up and went through my credit card company to get my money back. This company is a complete scam!

I have been using stepprs for about 2 years. They really work. I have PLANTIFASITUS - a condition that causes VERY Sore heel pain. The more you order, the better value, they are easily ordered, all sizes & varied colours, to ease pain - BUY These = RECOMMENDED

I had a problem with my tracking number and when I emailed about said problem. The customer service representative (Evelyn) helped me out.

Amazing! I usually don’t right reviews but I love these. I have a pair of expensive shoes that I love to wear but it makes my heal hurt soooo badly after more than 30 min. Today, I wore the shoes with Stepprs on concrete for four miles and I have little to no heal pain. I just bought two more pair.
